In this 2 – day interactive and highly engaging workshop, participants will learn through a series of hands-on activities, and practice two differrent coaching models enabling them to turn work experienced problems into learning solutions. They will learn a structured process that will enable them to systematically equip people with right development tools and unlock their potential to improve their performance.
This workshop is intended for Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, HR specialists and beyond. They will walk away feeling empowered in guiding and empowering employees, rather than just telling them what to do which is both rewarding and much more productive. They will use these skills to correct poor performance or improve existing skills and foster positive relationships.
This workshop is highly interactive and engaging packed with great hands-on activities and participants work on real life work experienced problems to find solutions.
At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Know what coaching is and the key goals of coaching others for better performance Understand the skillset as well as the mindset of a successful coach
- Practice two different coaching models (Continuous Support Model – GROW Coaching Model)
- Use a structured and professional process to confidently conduct coaching interventions to improve performance of their people.
- Module 1: Introduction to coaching
Module 2: The skills and mindset of a coach
Module 3: The continuous support coaching model
Module 4: The GROW coaching model
This workshop can be delivered as a blended learning programme in any of the possible delivery options and / or combination of to best suit your organisational needs.
To further develop skills for managing performance we advise looking into our Performance Management programme (also with options of chosing certain modules for more in-depth learning available in bite-size, self-paced online course and or virtual live workshops).
The Client can opt for ongoing support whereby a couple of weeks after the training, our trainer will be in contact with your participants to conduct post-training analysis and provide further support should they need it. You will be given direct contact with your trainer.
